Our consultants have contributed to achieving multi million dollar cost reduction targets annually. Over the years, they have has assisted Leadership teams in developing Continuous Improvement strategies and tactical plans. They have led Lean Six Sigma, Change Management and Kaizen projects in the manufacturing and services sectors. They have trained over 100 Green Belts and have also trained different levels of organisations in Continuous Improvement methodologies. They continually help companies translate theory into practice.
