David Campbell, founder of Alora Consultants Ltd, has 15 years’ international experience in a variety of roles for a number of multinational companies in the food, pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. David has achieved significant success in leading a global Continuous Improvement program across multiple manufacturing facilities spanning Asia, Europe and North America for a leading multinational healthcare company.

David was responsible for achieving multi million dollar cost reduction targets annually, implementing a continuous improvement culture, developing strategic and tactical plans, managing multiple project portfolios, deploying Continuous Improvement projects and mentoring Continuous Improvement managers, Black Belts and Green Belts. Over the years, he has led Lean Six Sigma, Change Management and Kaizen projects in the manufacturing and services sectors, helping companies to translate theory into practice.

A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Safety Risk Assessor, David also holds bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, a master’s degree in Engineering and a higher diploma in Management Practice.  He is a hands-on, self-motivated and innovative consultant who delivers results by interacting with clients to provide effective, customised solutions.
