History
Alora Consultants was established in 2009 in Dundalk. Since our foundation, we have helped businesses become: better, faster & more cost effective, enabling them to provide an exceptional product or service to their customers.
Alora Consultants specialise in Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma and Change Management. We have achieved significant success in both manufacturing and service environments both public and private. Our hands on, self motivated, innovative style delivers results and provides clients with cost effective, customized solutions.

Our team of consultants have over 20+ years’ international experience in a variety of roles, working with a number of multinational companies across many industrial sectors including food, pharmaceutical, healthcare, engineering, construction, bakery and service sectors.
