Enterprise Ireland Lean Start Business Offer
To help businesses develop their Lean strategy, Enterprise Ireland have launched a Lean Business Initiative. There are 3 levels of funding available; Lean Start, Lean Plus and Lean Transform.
Lean Start provides an introduction to Lean concepts and allows the business to gain an understanding of what the tools and techniques can do for the business in a short, focused engagement.With Alora Consultants vast experience in dealing with Lean initiatives, we have the ability to ensure success of a new Lean initiative in a business, using the LeanStart program.
Alora Consultants are offering, to all businesses that select Alora Consultants as the consultant for the Lean Start program, one place on a 4 day Lean Manufacturing Training Coures worth €1500 free of charge.
The Lean Start assignment should …
- Introduce the Lean principles and processes.
- Achieve immediate cost reduction targets by completion of a project.
- Lay a foundation for future Lean or productivity improvement projects.
- Assignments will typically be carried out over 8 to 10 weeks.
- LeanStart is open to all Enterprise Ireland clients.
- Companies will be eligible to receive support:The typical cost of undertaking a LeanStart assignment is €6,300. The company must pay the first €1,300 and Enterprise Ireland will provide grant funding for the outstanding costs to a maximum of €5,000.
- The maximum number of consultancy days is 7 with maximum funding of €5000.
