Over the years, they have has assisted Leadership teams in developing Continuous Improvement strategies and tactical plans. They have led Lean Six Sigma, Change Management and Kaizen projects in the manufacturing and services sectors which have made excellent case studies.
Our team of consultants have trained different levels of organisations in Continuous Improvement methodologies including Black Belts, Green Belts and Yellow Belts. Our consultants all hold Lean Six Sigma qualifications either as certified Lean Six Sigma Blacks Belt or Lean Six Sigma Green Belts. Our training consultants hold certificates in Training & Development. Our consultants consistently deliver excellent training programs and testimonials from previous customers has been exceptional.
