ACIC – Alora Continuous Improvement Circle

Companies do not exist in isolation. We all interact with each other and we can learn from each other. In our Continuous Improvement journey, we all need to keep up to date with current best practices in our sectors.

The process of identifying and learning from global best practices is known as benchmarking. This is a powerful tool that enables you to apply cutting edge methodologies and tools to your business processes. It helps you to see how well your processes are performing when compared to best practices.

We have set up the Alora Continuous Improvement Circle (ACIC) in order to facilitate benchmarking efforts.

The ACIC is essentially a discussion forum where companies interested in Continuous Improvement can:
•    promote Lean Thinking and Lean Six Sigma ideas
•    share their Continuous Improvement experiences
•    post queries
•    share tips
•    discuss current best practices
•    network with like-minded individuals
